By using Pury you agree to these terms. Pury is published by Milex SAS ("we", "us").

Educational information, not medical advice

Pury provides educational information about product ingredients and processing. It is not medical, nutritional or health advice and is not a substitute for professional guidance. Always read the actual product label and consult a qualified professional for dietary, allergy or medical decisions. Purity scores are estimates based on public data and rules and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Use of the app

Use Pury for personal, lawful purposes only.
Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the app.
If you enable the optional Claude AI feature, you are responsible for your own API key and your use of that third-party service under its terms.

Subscriptions

Optional Pury Plus and Pury AI subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

No warranty

Pury is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milex SAS is not liable for any decision made or harm arising from reliance on the app's output.

Changes

We may update these terms or the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
